• Set up begins with proper Spring sizes for the riders weight and riding style.

• measure and adjust to intial oem front and rear sag settings

• Test ride and spring break in

• re-adjust chassis settings (SAG, FORK HEIGHT,  RIDER POSITION)

• rebound adjustments

• compression adjusments

• Document.

• If good..  it's ride time

• if not good. re-adjust chassis and external adjusments

• Document

• if good..  go ride

• if not good.....Time for internal adjustments to make bike comfortable for rider ( re-valve, oil weight,  aftermarket valve/cartridge installs)

IF YOU MAKE ANY ADJUSTMENTS TO THE MOTORCYCLE ( CHAIN, NEW TIRES, HANDLE BARS, GEARING)  YOU MUST RE-ADJUST YOUR SAG BACK TO YOUR PREFERED SETTINGS.
